GUIDELINES FOR AN ACTUAL  APPLICATION

准入程序指南

1) Please understand that applications for membership must be approved by the GDER Executive Committee,during a physical meeting. The Committee normally meets three times per year and also during the yearly GDER Annual Meeting.

申请加入GDER会员，必须经过GBlC执行委员会的实际上会。委员会每年召开三次会议,而且通常在GDER每年的年会之间。

2) When applying for GDER membership. please make sure that the Application Form reaches. us by e-mail, no later than 3 weeks before a meeting of the Exeuctive Committee.Meeting dates can be obtained from the GDER Secretariat.

申请加入GDER会员，务必保证以电子邮件的方式送达，要早于执行委员会开会前的三个礼拜。会议日期可从GDER秘书处获得。

3）At the same time that you send us the Application Form by e-mail, please also send by postal mail (or in case of long-distance by courier service) an original version of the Application Form, or in any case with an origingal signature by a senior executive: in the case of a separate factoring or finance company, we want to see a signature of the C.E.O., or in the case you are a Bank, the Application should be signed by a member of the senior executive team.

以电邮的方式递送您的申请表，同时请以邮局寄送（距离较远的可采用快递服务）需原始的申请表和执行高管的原始签名，如果是分支保理商或金融机构，我们需要见到CEO的签名；如果贵司是银行，申请需要有执行高管组的签名。

4)With the original Application Form, please also enclose the requested financial reports (see question 1) and the organisation chart (see question 2).

关于原始申请表，请随附经审计的财务报告（见问题1）和公司结构框架（见问题2）。

5)We will normally confirm receipt of an Application Form and may ask additional Questions, if so needed.  As to the final outcome, you will be advised no later than one day after the scheduled Executive Committee meeting.

通常情况下，如果有需要，我们在收到申请表后会问一些附加的问题。至于最后的结果，在预期的执行会议后，您最迟一天后可得到通知。

6）Payment of any fees will not be requested until AFTER your Application has been approved by the GDER Executive Committee.

在您的申请得到GDER执行委员会的批准之前，你不需要支付任何费用。
